This is the Sticky Fabri-Solvy water-soluble paper, it is sticky and has fabric-like material that is used to transfer a design onto fabric.

How to use it:
Draw, copy, or print your design onto the stabilizer. It is recommended to use a draft setting on your printer.
Cut out your design pattern.
Remove the backing and stick the pattern onto your project area. Stitch the design, then run it under warm water to dissolve the sticky paper. Or simply soak it in water for about 15-20 minutes. Finally, Let it dry.

Make sure to use quality embroidery thread to avoid the colors running onto your fabric.
